Chatbot not showing up?
  • Make sure the URL contains the id parameter. The easiest way is to open the demo from the dashboard.
  • If credits run out and hiding the window is enabled in Chatbot settings (Behavior), the chat won’t appear.
  • Without that setting the window stays visible but shows an error message instead of answers (configurable in the dashboard).
  • The chat works again once the period renews or you buy more credits.
